Eagle Eye Solutions Powers Virgin Active Mobile Voucher Redemption Scheme for New Customer Marketing Campaign
UK’s number one mobile voucher service provider enables leading leisure company to engage new customers.
Virgin Active, the leading fitness and leisure brand in the UK, has gone live this
month with an innovative national marketing and new customer loyalty campaign based around
mobile voucher redemption technology provided by
Eagle Eye Solutions.
Virgin Active Group is using mobile coupons as part of their marketing strategy throughout September
aimed at driving new membership to its nationwide range of fitness clubs. Consumers can text in a
keyword to a short code e.g. VIRGIN to 60040 (publicised via an advertising campaign) to receive a
free days’ gym pass.
The mobile voucher scheme has been deployed across all Virgin Active’s 70 clubs in the UK.
Implementation took less than one week and required no additional IT investment to become
operational.

Throughout the September campaign, Virgin Active will track progress via real time data reporting
from the campaign which will reduce any risk of fraud and enable the fitness group to quickly evaluate
the ROI of their media and advertising spend.
